Is there a manual available for the BP-VG3090FE?

The product page for the BP-VG3090FE does not (as far as I can see) have a link to a manual. Does one exist that can be linked prior to ordering the block?

I'm hoping for information on dimensions, orientation of piping, and whether or not a replacement PCI slot cover is included.

It can be downloaded next week.
About the dimension(LxWxH) of the water block is 239.1x121.9x23.2 MM.
From the picture of 3090FE, you can see the orientation of piping.
