monoblock (BP-MBMX570GL) RGB lights not working

Question

I have a BP-MBMX570GL (is for the x570 MSI Meg Godlike). CPU and chipset temps are great, but the RGB lights don't seem to work. I've connected other RGB lights to the same port on the MB, and they work.

Is there any other troubleshooting I should do?

Do I need a new monoblock?
