How do i turn off my rgb fans?

I have the 3 pin connector in however i have tried multiple softwares but it isnt being recognized by any of them at all. What am i doing wrong here because the 4 pin connector wasnt even related to my case fans. It was actually the rgb of my cpu fan. What do i do here? Because the fan hub is plugged directly into the rgb header. Thanks.

Please remove the fan RGB from the fan RGB hub and connect the fan RGB strip directly to the 3 pin slot on your motherboard, as following link.
It seems that the RGB hub is not compatible with the software of your mother board.
