Waiting since 24th May for 3-15 working day delivery.

I' have been waiting for my order for 28 working days for an item at the time listed as 3-15 working days, last contact was we are waiting on the back plate which 'begins to ship next friday' which would be 25/6.

I'm seriously disappointed with my service experience so far...

Sorry that since Covid-19, all progress has been delayed. In the Taiwan time zone, "the next Friday" is 2/7. So we will give you the tracking number tomorrow.
