Titan x 1.2 pump making loud noise at low rpm.

Question

Tried lowering rpm of the pump but it makes a weird loud noise. Is this normal? Also what pump is the distro plate using?

Sorry to hear that.
Please send the receipt of the product to the following email address.
And the video to show the noise too, thank you.
The pump of Titan X 1.2 is BPTA-K1M.
The noise is about 24 dBA.
Maybe some bubbles are blocked inside the pump.
You can have a try to exclude the water and do the water cycle again and again.

To exclude the bubbles as much as possible.
