DRGB doesn't appear to be working on my Lotan waterbock

Back in March I ordered a Bitspower Lotan waterblock for my 5700 XT and just today connected it to my new Razer Chroma controller.  The Chroma is able to control my case lighting with no issues but doesn't seem to recognize the Lotan's RGB strip.  Right now the waterblock is stuck on a greenish light.

Sorry to hear that. Please send the receipt of this water block to follows address. And please send us the photo to show the problem too. Did you connect the LED strip directly to your motherboard?
