Thread on gpu block stripped

Question

I couldn’t find a way to email. I finally got around to building my pc today and the thread on the gpu block I bought is stripped and you cannot fully tighten the fitting. I got the block for the evga ftw3 3090. I bought it back in January or February but just now installed it
