All of my NOTOS O Fans are Running at 100% what am i doing Wrong ?

Im using the included Fan Hub that came in the 5 Pack of NOTOS O Fans everything is wired just as it States in the Paper work. I have a NZXT  Liquid AIO that uses the pump header and 2 of the 6 fans are connected to the wiring for the AIO so those 2 fans run on the fan curve i have set in the NZXT CAM Software but the other 4 fans are running at 100% very loud. can someone please let me know what i am doing wrong with the wiring on the fan Hub?

Dear Customer,

Did you connect the fan Hub to the 3 pin fan header of your motherboard?
If you did, the fan runs at full speed. You can connect the fan hub to the 4 pin fan header of your motherboard and then you can control the fan speed by PWM.
