How should I contact you guys regarding warranty and a issues with the purchased product?

I bought a Titan X 1.2 bundle from micro center and I was setting it up following all the directions on the manual and as I went to leak check it to my surprise the Piece screwed in to the cpu water block was leaking even after tightening it and trying different things it still leaked. As well as after taking the tubing out because I gave up on it the tube cracked wondering how I should contact you guys about the issue

Sorry to hear that. You can contact Micro Center and ask for exchanging the whole case with the receipt. Or if you only want to exchange the CPU water block and tubes, please send the receipt and photos to follows email address. We will check and reply to you, thank you.
