My titan x 1.2.2 Ti distro plate is leaking at the bottom

My titan X 1.2.2 Ti distro plate is leaking, I just bought it a few days ago from microcenter and I put it all together today very carefully and the bottom looks like it’s leaking at the seal on the bottom corner of the distribution block, I had to drain it quickly, I’m very disappointed. :(
