How to place an order as a USA customer?

Hi, I've added items to my cart but I'm having trouble paying for the order.

My items are:

Please let me know what to do to pay for my order. I can use Paypal, Visa or Amex.

Did you already register on our Taiwan Online Shop?
If you do, please log in and go on paying.
You can choose credit card (Visa) or PayPal.
And you pay by credit card, we only accept New Tai Wan dollars.
If your visa card has a limitation on foreign payment, you can choose PayPal too.
If you still have a problem with payment, please send us an email.
