Titain X1.2 Pump stopped

Question

It mainly just that the pump that once was working is no longer working.

I tried calling the number on the homepage I couldn't get a call throw (assuming it was the right number) I'm not sure why there were so many numbers than what a normal phone number would have. to my understanding 886 is in China?
I'll be honest, from a international prospective China doesn't have the best reputation right now.
Edit: I'm so Sorry I mistook 886 for 866 (this is what I get for being a american idiot)
Edit: I can't 'respond', so I'll put it here. Thank you so much Lily, I'm sorry if I came off as insensitive. I was trying to express my concern for my safety, and it may have come off the wrong way. Once more I am extremely sorry if I sounded offensive.

About the pump, would you send us the receipt for TITAN X 1.2?
