Interest in Liquid metal TIM

I am a thermal engineer from Dell and would like to know more about liquid metal TIM (pad).

I am wondering if there is any cool laboratory center based in Taiwan that I could directly contact with. I would like to get some samples and study on XPS products. Thank you.
