Less than 1 year -- Titan X computer pump dead.

Question

Purchased your barebone computer setup. on November of 2021.

Today, the pump stopped working .. okay, things happen.  

I went to the place that I purchased it from (Micro Center) and they did not have a replacement pump but recommended a corsair pump.

Installed it ... leaks all over.. unacceptable.  this was a $4,000 build.  I am requesting that this gets fixed.  I've done everything I can...

Sorry to hear that.
Would you like to send us the receipt for this kit?
Which coolant did you use?
And which Micro Center shop suggested you use a corsair pump?
The pump in the Titan kit is K1M, it could not be replaced by a corsair pump.

It is only compatible with K1M or our Hercules pump BPTA-PHCL.
