Will the "VG-NGTX970ESACX" water block fit on my "EVGA GeForce GTX 970 04G-P4-3978-KR FTW+ w/ACX 2.0+"?

I'm looking to buy a new water block for my, admittedly, rather old EVGA GTX 970 graphics cards. I found The "VG-NGTX970ESACX" listed on the website that says it's compatible with "EVGA GeForce GTX 970 SuperClocked ACX VGA" But it's not clear whether or not this block will fit my cards. I have two "EVGA GeForce GTX 970 04G-P4-3978-KR  FTW+ w/ACX 2.0+" installed in my computer that I would like to buy water blocks for.

Also, do you ship to the United States?
