What shipping method/carrier do you use for shipping fittings to Australia?

As per the subject, I just want to know what carrier and method of shipping is used for fittings being sent to Australia. It only tells me the cost at checkout, and I need to know roughly how long it will take to arrive before I place an order.

We will ship to Australia by FedEx or EMS.
It takes about 3-5 working days.
If the address is far away from the shipping station,
It takes one or two more days.
