How can I get warranty replacement for an inline temperature sensor that has a display issue?

I have a custom built PC where the inline cooling loop temperature display has gone bad.  There is a section that has gotten brighter and most of the rest of the display is actually dimmer than what it was when I installed it.  The device is still within the one year warranty period.
