Hello, I’m about to dive into flushing the water loop on my PC. It is equipped with the Sedna 011D EVO-N. This is my first time ever doing this and what I’m confused about or rather can’t find information on is when I drain the reservoir by loosening the drain screw. Will water then come out of the bottom? Or is there some kind of valve or something I need? I’m nervous about loosening it and then water going everywhere and would like to run a hose from the drain screw to collect the water more efficiently.

Thank you

Dear Customer,

Thanks for your response.
When you are loosening the drain screw, the water won't come out.
Then you can connect the drain tube and the fitting, the water comes out and you can collect it. Here is the drianing water video.

It’s great to see such a detailed question about flushing a PC water loop; it’s important to get it right! From my experience, it’s understandable to feel nervous about draining water from the Sedna 011D EVO-N. The tip about connecting a hose to the drain screw is smart to avoid any spills.
