  I bought this product "Bitspower Classic VGA Water Block for GeForce RTX 3070 Founders Edition" from amazon. But there was no user manual inside. I could not find the digital PDF file on your site. I've been keeping the product waiting for 1-2 months because I haven't been able to install it.

  What I'm wondering is, where and how should I use the thermal pads that come with it?

I would appreciate it if you respond urgently. Thanks...
