360mm 라디에이터를 주문했어야 했는데 실수로 420mm를 주문했습니다.

일부 주문을 반품하고 360mm를 주문하고 싶습니다. 이에 대한 프로세스가 있나요?

According to Taiwanese law, in the event that a customer changes their mind or makes an incorrect purchase, the products can be returned within 7 days of the date on which the goods were received. The products must be returned in an unaltered and undamaged state; only the outside packaging can be opened, and the product must not have any traces of use. Bitspower is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return process, and is not obligated to provide a refund should damage occur during the returns process. The returned package will need to be signed off on by a Bitspower employee. The customer will be charged up to 10% for restocking fees if processing costs are incurred during reprocessing. The received date is based on the shipment's tracking information on the shipping website. After 7 days of the received package, the products could not be returned or refunded, except the defective products.
