Over tighten acryl block from factory

Hello,

I bought this 2-dimm waterblock in june from your .tw online shop with order ID #2024060038 I haven't have time to install it until now, but upon closer inspection it seems it has been over tightened from factory and 4 out of 5 screw holes has these micro cracks in the acryl piece.

Is this solvable with support or do I just need to accept my lose as time has passed this long :(
