Bitspower Sedna O11D Lite-F for LIAN LI O11 DYNAMIC Series water pump stopped working.

I have a Bitspower Sedna O11D Lite-F for LIAN LI O11 DYNAMIC Series; the water pump has stopped working randomly. I have checked power connections, motherboard, emptied water, removed/cleaned out radiator. The pump is still not working. any suggestions? can i replace the pump?

Could you please send us the photos or video to show the problem?
Which coolant did you use?
Could you please try to disassemble the pump and clean the rotor?
