Question

I have a Bitspower Sedna O11D Lite-F for LIAN LI O11 DYNAMIC Series; the water pump has stopped working randomly. I have checked power connections, motherboard, emptied water, removed/cleaned out radiator. 

I ended up buying a new BPTA-K1M (the original pump) as recommended from my previous question. The pump was working initially for the first 24hrs but now it only slightly rotates once every 5 seconds- not enough to pump any of the water. 

Prior- I've had no issues with Bitspower Sedna O11D Lite-F for LIAN LI O11 DYNAMIC Series; the water cooler system  had been working fine for 3 years. 

I am using distilled water with biocide as coolant.

Dear Customer,

Would you send us a video or pictures to show the problem?
Mostly the pump is stuck by the bobbles.
You can try to fill in as much water as you can.
And exhaust as many bobbles as possible.
