Can I replace a reservoir?

My reservoir cracked. Can it be replaced? If so, can you help me figure out what I need? I went back to my computer's specs and it says
BitsPower CP HydroFluxe Custom HardTube Water Cooling Kit 240MM RAD/D5PUMP/Intel CPU Block (Clear) (2 x Standard 120MM Fans)

I can send photos if you tell me where to send them.
