I hope you're doing well.
I am currently using one of your ball valves in my custom water cooling loop. Upon inspection, I noticed that the internal sealing element that works in conjunction with the ball (often a conical PTFE or similar seat) is worn and needs replacement.
To clarify: I am not referring to the standard O-rings, but to the inner sealing part that provides the pressure-tight seal against the ball when the valve is closed.
Could you please let me know:
If it is possible to order this specific sealing component separately?
Or if you offer a replacement kit for this type of valve?
I can provide photos or model numbers if needed.
