RGB fans flickering how to fix?

Question

my cousin has some RGB fans and they are all flickering while plugged into the controller, how ever there are 9 fans plugged into 1 controller and and when i remove 3 they work fine. could it be a bad batch of fans? or is it maybe drawing too little voltage from 1 rgb adressable plug on the board? when they flicker they still almost look like they want to stay the color programmed to them. not sure how to fix

According to the 9 fans situation, yes, it is drawing too little voltage from 1 rgb addressable plug on the board. Or you can connect the controller directly with the power supply.
