Will the Bitspower waterblock for the Asus 3080 TUF fit in a regular Lian Li O11 Dynamic?

In normal, yes, BP-VG3080ASF fits in a regular Lian Li O11 Dynamic.
If not, you can make the GPU card vertical to the mother board or exchanged the water block link with BP-VGAMDLAC-A2.

yes, it fits just by a few mm's

This didn't fit for me in the Lian 011 D with MSI X570 Tomahawk by a few mm. Had I know it wouldn't fit I might have purchased a different block, since I ended up having to vertical mount anyways.

So I would say go in assuming you might have to vertical mount, but even though it is more work it does look dang good vertical.
