Is the BP-VG3090FE ready to ship or is it still on pre-order?

The product page for the BP-VG3090FE has conflicting information. In a couple places (and in questions answered here on the support page) it says it's available for shipping, but at the bottom of the page it says "Preorder 3-20 Days".

BP-VG3090FE is not ready yet. Many pre-orders will be arranged from next week. Since the first batch of 3090FE is not much, the earlier you pre-order, the faster you will get the block. Maybe you will see it sometimes in stock, but after few minutes, it will turn to be pre-ordered. Any question, feel free to contact us.
