Touchaqua Sedna O11D pwm pump just makes sound not moving the water

Question

i bought this pump and installed today while doing my leak check it started to fill the lines then just stopped you can hear pump but water isnt filling i have drained and made sure lines were connected per instructions but nothing is working i have tried going psu straight to pump and running it off the the motherboard as well no change

Dear Mike,

It seems that the pump is stuck by the bubbles or the precipitate of your loop.
Please have a try to push the water out from bottom and fill nearly full from the top of the distro plate.
