you do not show clearly how the 2.5 thermal pads are placed on the card for the back plate on theBP-VG2080RD-A2. You have picture that clearly shows how to place the thermal pads on the front of the card. Can you please provide a picture for the placement of the thermal pads for the back of the card when using your backplate. It is for the 2080 TI card. Also you do not provide any plastic washers all the other GPU blocks I have seen have them and say  not to  install their block if any are missing. Why is it you do not need them?

Hello Scott,

From the installation guide, you can see there are two different sizes of thermal pads come with the block, No. 2 and No.3. The deeper color is No.3, 2.5mm thermal pad, which is used between the card and the back plate.
Yes, we do not provide any plastic washers now, because we don't want the customer to disassemble the block by himself and cause any leaking.
