Motherboard Aorus z390 Ultra

my fans only stay one color and I have all of them INDIVIDUALLY (not daisy chained) to both the PWM hub and the RGB hub. Both hubs have SATA power connected. And the RGB hub is connected to my Motherboard LED header. The Buttons on the RGB hub do not work. What is my problem?

It seems that the RGB Hub is not compatible with your mother board.

Can you only use the controller to control the RGB light as following link?
