Which thickness have the thermalpads for the BP-VG3090EVFTW waterblock

Hello! Two points:

1. Die manual for the waterblock for 3090 FTW3 is not available for download.

2. I need to know which thermalpads I need for the 3090 FTW3 block, specially which thickness the pads have for the 3090 FTW3 block.
