DRGB Fans not showing up in software

Hi, I just bought 2 DRGB Notos 120 (not in a pack) and i have them plugged into the motherboard but no software is picking them up to change rgb, I cant find any similar problems with answers anywhere else.

Hello Ethan,

Which is your motherboard? Did you plug the LED to 5V, 3pin slot on your motherboard directly as the video as following link?
