Hi Team,

I bought a BP-FMD but have found the edges are not finished properly. One side is a smooth glossy finish, the other is rough and looks damaged - can send pictures. Please advise?

Im about to place another order, so im happy to keep it with a reduction or refund or credit towards my new order?
