I will install the card with the original EVGA fan.  As per EVGA's website the fan/heatsink shroud is 2.75 wide.

Thanks for your response.
As we said, you can use the support of the BPTA-VGDSAL-BK, but you can't use the PCI-E 3.0 x16 Riser Cable on EVGA 3090, because the PCIe of EVGA 3090 is 4.0 16x.
