Missing the booster screws for BP-VG5700XTRXF waterblock?

Hi!

I recently ordered

BP-VG5700XTRXF

waterblock, and it looks like the 3 booster screws were not included? Are these screws already part of the xfx 5700 xt raw II card that can be reused, or were the 3 booster screws supposed to come with the waterblock?
