d5 premium mod kit installation with single d5 top upgradekit solution

i recently bought a d5 premium mod top and i want to install it with the dual/single d5 top upgrade kit/cascade effect but the holes dont align so i can put it together.is there any diffent middle plate so i can install the parts together?thank you

The d5 premium mod top is not compatible with the dual/single d5 top upgrade kit.
But you can use the following water tank instead. Sorry that we don't single sale the middle plate.
