What software can be used for Touchaqua fans? doesn't recognize fans

I've got 9 fans in the system but they're not recognized by the aura sync software. Tried iCue but same thing. Unplug for the mobo and the controller that came with the fans controls them but once you plug back in it goes back to the default unicorn vomit. What am I doing wrong?

Hello Diazel,

It seems that the controller which comes with the fan is not compatible with the software of your motherboard. So please do not connect the fan's LED with the controller, and only plugs directly to your motherboard as following link.
