Can I buy an adapter to convert my Titan X 1.2 AMD waterblock to Intel?

I bought a Titan X 1.2 AMD kit but now need to change over to an Intel motherboard.  Am I able to buy an adapter to convert the waterblock to Intel?  It looks like the Titan One includes the possibility to build to either AMD or Intel so it seems like this would exist.
