But it is compatible I'm using gigabyte rgb fusion it worked 2 days ago.i just don't want to use the rgb from the rgb hub

Hello Mazo,

Did you connect the fan LED strip directly to your motherboard?
Please do not connect the strip with the rgb hub.
Would you send us the photo to show how do you connect the LED strips?
