Missing Screw Holes

Question

On my BitsPower WDPO11DXLA-PWM (the front panel distribution plate for the Lian Li O11d XL) the top back plate is meant to have 4 screw holes mine only has 2. the only 2 it has is for screwing the back plate into the distro plate and not the one for the front which adds the silver bar.
