Defective thumb screws SCM3FL20 with Titan One 1.2 case

Hello,

I have recently purchased a Bitspower Titan One 1.2 case via Micro Center. Unfortunately, I found that two of the CPU cooler thumb screws (SCM3FL20) have poorly cut threats. I am therefore unable to install the cooler. Is it possible for me to get replacement thumb screws? Via Micro Center I am only able to return the entire case. I would like to avoid that, considering that I only need two thumb screws.
