Little disappointed, board was shipped DOA in Bitspower Titan X 1.2

Just wanted to say I'm a little dissapointed, the ASUS Z490-e I received was DOA, naturally I found after everything was all done. ASUS RMA was a nightmare and takes forever so I opted to go ahead and switch to an AMD build while I RMAd the Asus, only to find out the Bitspower 1.2 Titan Intel kit doesn't come with an AMD bracket. I'm half tempted to just return the whole thing. This was suppose to be an easy build, not a nightmare.

Bitspower 1.2 Titan Intel kit is for intel CPU, so it does not come with the AMD bracket. But you can buy the AMD bracket separately from our USA office. The product model is BPTA-CPUMSAPT. The total cost includes USA postage is USD18.
