I recently bought a lot of BP fittings and with that my third Bitspower inline filter as I love the look, build and up till now quality. The last one I purchased. I've only had since the end of November and had to take my loop apart for maintenance yesterday and an upgrade and glad I did.
I took the inline filter apart and found the glass center part to have a big chip out of it and possibly cracked straight through, but its hard to tell. The actual chip was hidden behind part of the metal body of the filter exoskeleton and till I took it apart I never would have seen it. And before anyone asks, no I haven't had it apart yet so it was still factory tightened and on top of that, on my others I do NOT use tools on them to tighten, simply finger tight is all they need.
Is there a way BP can send me a replacement glass piece?
