Am4 water block

I have the titan x Intel kit. Thinking of switching to ryzen. Is there a compatible am4 block I can purchase?

Which is the motherboard you are going to use?  

You can check about the following link of the AMD mother board which is compatible with Titan 1.2.

And then you can exchange the plate of the intel water block to AMD’s.
