hi, i contacted support once before but i need some more info, what do i put inside my loop to prevent biological growth? also, i was told about a filter but i can't find a link. please help

We advise you to only use distilled water as coolant in your loop. Please make the water as cool as you can, and reduce the light around the loop to prevent biological growth. This is the link of filter. Any question, feel free to contact us.
