Hello,

I have sent you an e-mail (at webservice@bitspowerwork.com) a week ago about my hardware problem but I'm still waiting for a reply, so Highflow (the shop where I bought the parts) told me to resend my message here.

The OG e-mail:

So I bought 2 of the Bitspower Touchaqua Digit Thermal Sensor (CODE: BPTA-DTMC-V2) at HighFlow.nl (order 131066), but sadly one of them came with a broken display. I have immediately contacted the shop, but their support told me to contact your support. What are your procedures for this kind of hardware problems?

Would you give us the receipt of Highflow and we will check with the shop?
