Can Bitspower Brizo VGA Water Block for ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 2070 EVO fit V2 version ?

Is https://www.asus.com/tw/Motherboards-Components/Graphics-Cards/All-series/DUAL-RTX2070-O8G-EVO-V2/ compatible with https://shop.bitspower.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=7235&search=EVO+DUAL waterblock? Cause it is V2 version I am not sure it is compatible.
