The hard water cooling tubing provided is too short to use, can you replace?

I purchased a Titan X_AMD 1.2.1 Black kit yesterday, and am working on installing it. I have a problem with the hardline water cooling. The provided tubes are too short in the long direction. Should be 263mm, per the installation instructions. I measured tube at 261mm. The problem is that the tube does not reach all three O-rings in the fitting on the distribution plate. The tube only reaches one O-ring and it leaks. I have tried using the short extension fitting [TA-F40], but then the tubes are too long, and reach farther than the water block.

Is it possible to provide new tubing which is longer?

Also, I think the tolerance of +/-2mm is very large for an application like this, and you should consider having tighter tolerance of +/-1mm, to ensure fit of parts.
