Bitspower PWM FAN Multi Function HUB not showing as pwm in Motherboard Bios

Hello, I have been trying to control the speed of my Notas O fans using the PWM Fan hub that comes with the 5 pack and have been unable to do so. I ran a PWM speed test from my motherboard ASUS Rog Strix X470-F Gaming and it was only able to detect 95-100% speed. I have also tried to control it with MSI Afterburner but have also not been able to. Is there anything that I can do to get the PWM function working? Thanks!

How did you connect the fan strip and the hub to the motherboard?
